Visual One provide Annual Maintenance contracts, where the equipment is inspected twice yearly and up to and including the agreed number of callouts are included. In some cases a loan unit can be provided, subject to availability. This service will flag up any issues so that the equipment is ready when required and avoids any embarrassments when equipment is unavailable or faulty.
